This team handles photography, videography, graphic design, and content creation — capturing every moment and sharing our story with the world. From short films competing at festivals like Cineflash to social media content that spreads our mission, they make sure Soul Club's impact is seen and felt.
Decoration & Supplies
The team that brings every event to life. Responsible for designing and crafting decorative elements, managing supplies, and setting the atmosphere at all Soul Club events. They plan themes, source materials, and prepare everything needed to ensure each gathering is visually stunning, warm, and welcoming for everyone who walks through the door.

Sponsoring
The bridge between Soul Club and the wider professional world. This team builds partnerships with companies and organizations, secures sponsorships that fuel our activities, and organizes workshops — including events like the BMC sponsoring workshop and weekly sessions — that connect our club with resources and opportunities to grow our community impact.
Academic Community
Bright Minds
Bright Minds is a youth-led project dedicated to supporting and inspiring students in primary schools, high schools, and colleges. We organize visits twice a week, during which we meet students and engage with them through interactive and educational sessions. During these visits, we share useful knowledge about study methods, academic orientation, and personal development, while also encouraging open discussion and participation. Our goal is to motivate students, help them build confidence, and guide them toward making better decisions for their future.

Gentil Prints
A social initiative that focuses on children with special needs, including autistic children, those with Down syndrome, and children in hospitals. Through this project, we organize visits where we spend time with them and create workshops that help them develop useful skills for their future while bringing them joy. From hospital renovations at the paediatric ward to workshops with autistic and handicapped youth, our goal is to support them, make them feel included, and spread happiness.
